mSATA SSDs remain the shortest path to solid-state storage for any board that already has the mini-PCIe-sized socket. Qootec builds the commercial mSATA SSD line in MLC and 3D TLC for indoor equipment: thin clients, network video recorders, medical carts and self-service terminals, where -20°C to 75°C is enough and unit cost matters more than extended-temperature screening. The module measures 50.10 × 30.00 × 3.51 mm on SATA 3.0 and carries a three-year warranty.

MLC or TLC? If the host writes logs or video around the clock, start with MLC. If it mostly holds an OS image, TLC is the better commercial call. OS cloning is part of our standard production flow at the Shenzhen factory we’ve owned since 2014, so drives can arrive already imaged.
