DDR4 DIMM and DDR5 DIMM modules are the full-height desktop memory format used by desktops, workstations and any board with standard-height slots. Qootec builds DDR5 at 288-pin and 1.1V with on-die ECC, DDR4 at 288-pin and 1.2V (part number QLD4XXVX0XXXC) in 4GB to 32GB densities, and DDR3 at 240-pin (QLD3XXVX0XXXC) for older platforms — including heatsink and RGB variants. All are rated 0°C to 70°C with a three-year warranty.

DDR4 and DDR5 both use 288 pins — are they interchangeable? No. The notch sits in a different position and the memory controller in the CPU fixes the generation, so a DDR5 module won’t seat in a DDR4 board. Modules are built and tested in our own factory, running since 2014, and samples ship in three days. Laptops and mini PCs take SODIMM memory instead; see the full Qootec RAM range or pair the order with drives from the SSD range.
