M.2 SATA
Industrial M.2 SATA SSDs give embedded designers the M.2 footprint without the thermal load of an NVMe drive. Qootec supplies both the 2280 and the short 2242 length in B+M key, 64GB to 1TB, screened -40°C to 85°C for fanless box PCs, DIN-rail controllers, protocol gateways and outdoor AI enclosures. Every drive carries CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and KC certification, 2,000,000 hours MTBF and a three-year warranty.
Why SATA and not PCIe here? In most embedded workloads the application is the bottleneck, not the bus, and a SATA module runs cooler in a sealed box. Temperature and vibration testing are part of the standard flow in our own factory, which we’ve run since 2014. Need real PCIe bandwidth? Look at the M.2 PCIe NVMe range instead. Our notes on wide temperature SSDs and power-loss protection cover what belongs in the spec.
