CF Express Card

An industrial CFexpress card — Type B — brings PCIe NVMe throughput to removable media, roughly five times what CFast can carry. Qootec builds them from 128GB to 1TB on pSLC or TLC 3D NAND rated for 3,000 P/E cycles, at up to 2,600/2,500 MB/s, screened -40°C to 85°C, in the 42.00 × 36.7 × 3.8 mm Type B form factor, part number QCEP3XXXXXXI, with 2,000,000 hours MTBF and a three-year warranty.

They go into high-rate capture: industrial video recorders, machine-vision systems, mobile mapping rigs and in-vehicle recorders where sustained write speed is the constraint. Does the host controller support it? Check first — CFexpress is PCIe, and a CFast slot won’t take one. Cards are temperature- and vibration-tested in our own factory, in production since 2014.
